🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- At present, orders placed through our marketplace are available for Local Pickup only.
- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order from the designated pickup location within the communicated timeframe.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure smooth order coordination and pickup.
- We plan to introduce shipping and delivery services in the future. Once available, applicable shipping methods, delivery areas, charges, estimated delivery times, and related terms will be displayed during checkout or published on our website.
- Delivery times provided after shipping services are introduced will be estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon successful pickup or, once shipping services are available, upon delivery to the address provided by the customer.
