We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Below are our guidelines about shipping timelines, charges, and service availability.
📍 Serviceable Locations
- Currently, we deliver to most PIN codes across Greater Noida West, U.P, India
- Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
- Remote areas: May take longer
- Delays may occur during:
- Festivals / holidays
- Weather issues
- Courier restrictions
We will share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary by weight, size & location
- Charges will be shown on the checkout page before payment
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or minimum order value
📦 Order Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within same day or 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays will be processed next working day
✋ Failed Delivery / Reattempts
- If the delivery fails due to wrong address / unreachable contact:
- Courier may attempt multiple re-deliveries
- Order may be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO)
- Re-shipping fees may apply for resending the parcel
🤝 Delivery Partner Responsibility
Once shipped:
- Courier partner is responsible for the transit & tracking updates
- HeartCartHub supports with resolution in damaged/lost shipment cases
📦 Damaged Shipment
If the package is damaged at delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel
- Click photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours
- Resolution will be provided as per Refund & Return Policy
❌ No Shipping to Certain Products
Some items may be non-shippable due to:
- Fragility
- Legal/courier restrictions

🧾 Address Change
- Address change requests are allowed before dispatch only
- Once shipped, changes are not possible
