Refund and Return Policy

At HeartCartHub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to support you with simple and transparent return options.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unopened, unused
    • In original packaging
    • Including all tags, accessories & invoice
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Festival decor items
  • Personalized or custom-made gifts
  • Clearance sale / final discount products

Products marked “Non-returnable” on the website will not be eligible for return.


🔄 Exchange Policy

You may request:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Exchange for another size (if available)

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


💳 Refund Process

Once the return is received & inspected:

  • Refund will be issued back to the original payment method
  • Processing time:
    • HeartCartHub approval: 2–3 business days
    • Bank/Payment gateway: 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a mistake by HeartCartHub.


📦 Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive a wrong item
  • Items are missing in the package

Share package + product photos/video (during unboxing) for faster resolution.
Eligible cases will receive free replacement or full refund.


🧾 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return after delivery

🚚 Return Pickup & Instructions

2️⃣ Our team validates item condition
3️⃣ Pickup will be arranged from your delivery address (if serviceable)

If pickup is unavailable, customers may ship the item to us.
Re-shipment charges will be refunded only for approved returns.
